No, he's not Donald Trump. But he does know how to discover fake news, he does know how to laugh, and a lot of folks will find him quite irritating. He's definitely a weird duck, and therefore quite at home in the Dub Zone where you have to be a little bit crazy in order to reach the fulljoyment. In his turn, he has his way of dealing with irritations. He just can't take them seriously.
